Gmail allows you to customize the fast scrolling procedures in Android.

Gmail has supported the Android operating system with rapid gestures in the mobile application for some time but has so far been very limited in scope. Scrolling has become a normal feature of most e-mail applications these days. The general rule is to provide many different options such as the ability to quickly delete a message Or postponed for later viewing.
Finally, Gmail supports customizable scrolling on the Android system, which is part of the latest application update. It was first noticed on Friday, and users can now customize the scroll gesture to the left or right and choose either to delete a message or mark one as read or Do not read, move, defer, or archive.

To customize the option, go to Gmail, then Settings, then General Settings, then select Quick Scroll Actions and choose the action you want to scroll.
